Shreveport Regional Airport Mansfield is a city-owned, public-use airport located two nautical miles (4 km) southwest of the central business district of Mansfield, a city in Bossier Parish, Louisiana, United States.
Mansfield Municipal Airport was opened on July 9, 1948. The name was changed to Shreveport Regional Airport on October 8, 1988. The current facility covers an area of 1,700 acres (730 ha) which includes two runways and one helipad. In 2009 the airport had 2,839 aircraft operations, an average of 6 per day: 96% general aviation and 4% military.
In fiscal year 2010 the airport had 1,853 aircraft operations, an average of 7 per day: 97% general aviation and 3% military. In fiscal year 2011 the airport had 2,179 aircraft operations, an average of 6 per day: 96% general aviation and 4% military.
